When Mr. Paul asked Bernanke wasn’t it true under federal law the Federal Reserve had the authority to buy up Greece’s debt and Bernanke replied YES. This and the fact that the Fed has never been audited is why Ron Paul OWNS this topic. It’s a scam everyone knows they charge Americans to print our gold as money. That is how America acquired a national debt.

@NoLibertarian If Ron Paul has investments in gold, he’s making fat stacks off the Fed. Gold has tripled since 2000 because of the Fed. The Fed causes inflation which makes the price of commodities such as gold go up. I think someone with a PhD would understand this. Someone with investments in the DOLLAR should dislike the Fed.

Who cares what laws are passed in any country any time. giving a private central bank the sole authority to print currency out of thin air, whenever the government demands.
