When playing Cashflow 202, once I sold all my assets because I needed money. Turns out that my cash flow went very low. Then I fell on a doodad and my monthly cash flow went to zero. With no assets to sell, it was just a matter of time until i fell on another doodad square and it was all game over for me.
Getting scared, frustrated, and realizing your errors in a game (and not in real life) is worth the $200. And buying Kiyosaki’s books has been the best investment of all my life.
@rickg22 u have taken the words outta my mouth–reading roberts books have given me vital financial education like never before–i never learnt anything in school except get lablled ADD-my siblings all got straight A–but i can say that i m still the only member who has more financial skills
