Could one not make gold in to small pieces and mark them for size? It would not technically be minting coins so anyone should be able to do it. and unless they outlaw free trade then we should all be able to use them in trade yes?
dont buy gold coins 30-40% mark up here in the UK, not sold on weight alone they say their rare it not true.

The constitution gives congress the power to coin money, and set up the measures of precious metals the coins contain. The constitution does not give congress the power to print paper money, or the authority, to delegate it’s authority, to Jewish banking cartels.

as are you, the man just took some time to correct a horrible spelling error, and if you look at the comment there are lot’s of errors. We need to hold people to some standards, is too much to ask to have them spell “onli” right? Kids could be reading these comments and think it’s appropriate to spell it that way along with all his other mistakes!

@KurzLuppii Easy solution: make all campaign contributions a felony, and publicly fund elections. Most voters don’t pay attention until the last few weeks of an election, so truncate the election cycle to 4-8 weeks before an election. No billion dollar campaigns, and the person with the best ideas will win (since campaign funding will play no part).
This would fill the halls of congress with true representatives of the people, like Ron Paul and Bernie Sanders.
