I do not think that jobs migrate to the lowest price workers. The jobs migrate to the best yield workers. One can be paid twice more than someone else but be more than twice more productive. The thing is, Vietnamese or Chinese worker today works better than american worker, who is full of sense of entitlement and welfare addiction. Germany and Switzerland are higher paid, but they are doing much better than USA.
